We were hosted in Cankaya, which is a suburb of Ankara in Turkey. Our hosts took us on many excursions in and around their huge city. We visited a school and the children entertained us with traditional folk dancing. After we said goodbye to our new friends, we took a bus trip south to Antalya.

We extended our stay in Turkey with a bus tour. Cappadocia is an altogether otherworldly place.
